Have you ever struggled with understanding what works in the gym? Maybe you have a great body. Maybe you have a tough time going to the gym.
My life has been focused on taking complex things and simplifying them for people through innovative strategies and concepts.
A major part of life is fitness. Our energy levels and our health really relies upon it. We have to understand what works – eat less, work out more, yes…but it’s a bit more complex than that.
I’m sure you know many things about what you should do. But understanding something and doing something are two different things. You need to take action. And you will take action when you find the formula that your brain knows works.
I was a 96 lb. skinny boy who was unathletic and won one wrestling match. I had a dream. Get jacked and become a great wrestler. I wanted to know how to bulk up, get strong, be an amazing athlete, and be lean.
Voila! I doubled my body weight and transformed myself into a 3x All-American wrestler? How did I do it? Hard work of course…but that’s not all.
Hard work doesn’t always produce results. You need the FORMULA.
You need to know the strategy.
So I found the science behind what works to produce a radical change in the body and coined it as H.I.S.T – High Intensity Stimulation Training. I’ve simplified it for you so you can experience incredible results in a short period of time, like I did, the all-natural way.
I built this company to help you with your fitness goals in a very unique way.
No contradictory articles on training. No plans that defy what works. No requirements of gorging 400g of protein, sacrificing your lifestyle, and living in the gym 4 hours a day.
Will you have to work? Yes. Will you have to go to the gym? Yes. Will you have to be a little more strict with your diet? Yes. But if you knew it would work, would you do it? You would. You’re a hard worker and you commit and follow through on something…if it works.
I’m not here to blow smoke up your you know what…I’m here to give you a transformative experience if you’re willing to walk through it, follow my advice, read some text, watch some videos, and apply what you’ve learned. This is me in some peak shape during training for an International wrestling tournament in Israel.
