Q: I started the program and have been using it for a few weeks and I am loving it.  However, I had to stop due to a previous commitment.  How do I start again and at what stage?

A: I really appreciate your enthusiasm and I know with that energy you will see great results again with your training.  What we recommend is starting at the beginning because the early stages prepare your body for the intense work later in the program. MP45 has been carefully designed to meet you at your current fitness level and build from there.
