Q: In the MP45 Program, I see that there are prescribed times for the training? Is this very important to follow?

A: The prescribed times are more like recommendations. You will see better results by switching up your cardio workout from your training workout since different energy systems are at play. However, if you must combine them for the sake of time, then perform the cardiovascular training immediately following the weight resistance workout, when glycogen levels are somewhat depleted. You can really exercise at any time you want; the important thing to remember is to get the workout in at some point. Switch the workout times to fit according to your schedule and fit your meals accordingly as well. The principles of eating every few hours should remain the same. You do not need to follow program perfectly to see great results.
