Cindy Parra is a fitness lifestyle coach and a 3 time Nationally Qualified Bikini Athlete. Her passion for health and fitness started over seven years ago, when she carefully tailored her first diet and training plan, which led her to achieving her first national qualification as an athlete. She also competed in 3 Savage races and 2 Tough Mudders on her own. These key accomplishments not only shaped her physically, but also transformed her mentally. Her work in the medical field as an EMT along with her studies in nutrition help her tailor each diet and training to fit her clients specific needs.
