MP45 Help Desk
Q: I purchased this workout plan and while I was looking through everything I realized this was more than I am able to do. It does seem my work schedule won’t allow for me to complete this to the best of my ability. Also I don’t think I will be able to afford all the different types of food that this programs required. Any help?
A: MP45 can be adjusted to fit your schedule, time frame and specific needs.
Each workout lasts about one hour and that can be modified as well.
MP45 will provide you with comprehensive knowledge that you can incorporate into your schedule that will help you reach your lifetime best condition.
You will feel and look your best while having energy for the things that matter most.
In terms of the nutrition. Even if you are on a budget, you can still follow MP45 with great results. We’ve included an option for you in the Grocery tab so that you can stick to the staples and formulate your own meal plan in a very cost effective way.
The MP45 System deliberately includes a lot of variety in the meal plan to show you that you can eat healthy no matter where you are and what your taste preferences are. However, by no means do you have to follow it exactly to see results.
Just substitute any food on the list with one you can afford that has a similar macronutrient profile (fat to carbs to protein ratio) and glycemic index (choose foods that digest slowly to stabilize blood sugar levels). If you are working on a tight budget or time constraints, grocery shop by purchasing foods in bulk.
Quality fitness instruction can save you years of trial and error as well as save you money. Our handpicked MP45 athletes are available for personal coaching to give you the inroads to developing a great physique.
Q: I actually am having quite a bit of difficulty starting the program. I am nearly vegan in my nutrition and the nutrition program for MP45 doesn’t seem to really work for me because there’s a lot of meat there. Do you have a vegan option? I do eat some chicken and fish.
A: Many vegetarians use MP45 with great success. Some of the best fitness models and professional athletes in the world are vegetarians, so we are well aware that you can get great protein sources elsewhere. Also, we tend to overestimate how much protein we actually need to sustain and build muscle mass.
You can substitute any food you want in the program as long as it has a similar macronutrient profile and glycemic index load. For instance, if it says 40g protein from steak and you do not eat meat, swap out this particular protein with 40g from a different protein source such as hemp protein. You can even reduce it down to 30 or 20g. Also, take into account your bodyweight and compare it proportionally to the standard we use, which is for a 180 lb male.
MP45 nutrition provides you with vast knowledge of what vegetarian sources you can use to reach your lifetime best shape and optimal health.
In addition, our superb MP45 coaches are on standby to help guide you with a customizable approach to MP45.
Q: I have a quick inquiry about the product N.O. Boost. Is the supplement safe, and does it have any properties in which it contains anabolic steroids of any kind? I saw the incentives of the product, but the in-depth ingredients of what’s in it is not listed on the mp45 site. If you could give me some insight, I would greatly appreciate it.
A: NO Boost has been carefully designed to promote good circulation which in turns leads to great muscle pumps in the gym which leads to muscle growth.
The ingredients in NO Boost, L-Arginine, have also been shown to increase endurance and aid in recovery. Muscle Prodigy takes pride in and stands behind all of our products that they are safe and effective. You can purchase NO Boost here.
It is our mission at Muscle Prodigy to provide our members with the most innovative training and nutrition information in the industry today. Keep an eye out for a whole new range of 100% natural supplements from Muscle Prodigy.
Q: So far so good I am really enjoying the program. The question I have is when it comes to cardio workouts, is there an alternative besides running. There are a lot of people who may not run not because they don’t want to, but because they can’t, due to an injury or a particular condition.
A: MP45 cardio as well as all of MP45 can be adjusted to fit your specific needs.
For example, other forms of cardio could be battle ropes, cycling, rowing, swimming – anything that does not cause you pain. MP45 always offers options.
A great body is attained with great fitness knowledge. MP45 is your definitive training and nutrition guide.
I recommend using the stationary bike instead of the running or stairs that are listed in the program.
Our exceptional MP45 coaches also comprise of professional athletes and fitness models, and are here to support and guide you with one to one training. No guesswork, and no wasted time in the gym. Our MP45 coaches can help train you and work with you to keep you on track of your fitness and nutritional habits. Click here to see our personalized program.
Q: Would a KETO/Low carb diet work with MP45?
A: As a whole, low carb diets generally work very well for short periods of time. For example, before a competition or event. However, as a lifestyle, it can cause complications.
With MP45 nutrition, you shouldn’t really ever feel deprived because it emphasizes low GI carbs which do not spike your insulin levels as much as high GI carbs do, while still keeping your energy levels generally high throughout the day.
MP45 will keep you lean year round while you can still enjoy your favorite foods through the incorporation of cheat meals.
However, with that being said, the MP45 meal plan is designed to be a suggestion, as opposed to a protocol that you have to follow strictly. You can substitute any food you like with a similar food that has a macronutrient profile and GI index that’s relatively the same. You can certainly eat your typical low carb diet meals in replacement of the MP45 meals, while taking advantage of the training regimen that’s instituted in the program.
Our MP45X membership program also contains advanced training and nutrition information such as the powerful on/off diet and intense one week shred technique. With MP45X you will gain a unique insight into what professional athletes and fitness models do attain that unique look. In addition, one on one training, 24/7 text support and many other unique features makeup the MP45X membership.
Q: I started the MP45 schedule but since it was a little too hectic for me, I had to stop. How can I follow the workouts but simplify it so I am not spending too much time in the gym?
A: One of the best things about MP45 is that it is loaded with body transformation information that will give you options.
One thing that you can do is cut down the rest times between sets. Another thing that you can do is cut down a set per body part or cut out an exercise or two for each body part. Generally, each workout should take roughly an hour and 15 minutes if you know where all the equipment is in advance. Choose a body part for the day and go to the gym for say 30 minutes performing only strip sets for that one body part. Strip sets are time efficient and result producing.
This guaranteed result producing technique is one among many that MP45 offers.
MP45 is your textbook, your definitive fitness reference guide. Once you know how to apply the information to your daily life you will see enormous body changes.
We also recommend combining the cardio with your weight training. Do the cardio after your weight resistance workouts, so you can maximize your efficiency and effectiveness.
Also, cut down the warm-up and cool-down times by a little. Still do them, to prevent injury, but perhaps a couple of minutes here and there.
Our exceptional MP45 athletes provide personal coaching that can educate and guide you, so they can help modify the program and tailor it to your fitness goals so you can reach your personal best. You can take advantage of a personal coach by clicking here and signing up for our MP45X Package.
Q: The information in the program seems overwhelming to me. How do I sort through all of this. Where do I begin?
A: MP45 has been carefully designed to meet you at your current fitness level and build from there.
The program has been designed to be your comprehensive fitness and nutrition guide. Knowledge is power.
We recommend that you begin in the member section member.mp45.com and click MP45 System, then start with the Introduction Page. All the instructions are detailed out there. With the tabs on the left in the welcome section, you will be able to access and retrieve all the information. From there, you will be guided with step-by-step instruction as well as a full training/nutrition book. Then, you can move onto the 45 Day Plan.
Our recommendation is that if you like video guides, then we have created the MP45 Video Library for an additional $197. It’s a great option that will enhance your experience since you get to see one of our athletes doing all the training.

Q: Hi there I have a question about the program, I’m half way through the program but I feel like nothing is happening. I don’t feel as if I’m losing weight. I figured out that I’m not following the program well enough probably. Should I or can I start it over?
A: Attaining a great body is lifestyle. Following MP45 is serious business, but you should never feel deprived on it. MP45 allows you to enjoy your favorite foods and reach your personal best.
Much respect to your for your commitment and discipline to improve yourself. You already have the most important ingredients.
My first suggestion is to start the program over again and complete the program in its’ entirety. That new Day 1 feeling might give you that little extra boost you need, friend! Stick to it as best you can and let’s see how you feel and where you are. We are here for you along the way!
Personal attention from our MP45 coaches would be a great option as well. Our MP45 coaches will train you and work with you to keep you on track of your fitness and nutritional habits. You can get this here.
Q: I have been following the meal plan extremely close and I haven’t gained any mass but this could be due to the fact that I’m very lean and in above average shape already, but with this amount of cardio I don’t see my body putting on any mass, is there any change i should implement?
A: Gaining good quality mass while keeping low bodyfat levels requires a precise approach. Listening to one’s body and making adjustments in nutrition and training can result in huge changes.
Adding good quality fats and calories at the right times might solve the issue. Up your carbs as well, especially during the key times for muscular growth as explained in depth in the Nutritional Section.
Food timing and some changes in the training approach might do the trick as well.
An excellent option where you can receive professional advice might be our MP45X Membership. As part of your upgraded MP45X Membership, you can choose between 3 of our most popular MP45 Athletes to work with on a personalized coaching basis. Q: I just reached day 22 in the program and all has been going great besides one issue. Both weeks during my second or third warm up set for dead lift my lower back has pinched at its lowest point above my right hip. I have done deadlifts in the past with no issue and I have spent a good amount of time in the last week checking my form and making adjustments to match what I have found on line. I’m curious if you have any information to what I may doing incorrectly?
Last week just like this week I felt the pinch and felt seized up a but and I stretched it and rolled it out and it went away in about 1.5 days and I was perfectly fine.
This afternoon during my workout it happened and about an hour after it still is a bit tight but I feel mobile, so it doesn’t seem to be something that serious just an annoying kink, but it is keeping me from completing my workout and will not allow me to put on the muscle mass without being able to get past my deadlift warmup.
What kind of action should I take?
A: I understand what you are saying with the lower back pain. Pushing the body to the limit sometimes can cause aches and pains. It is a fine line. The more experienced you become with your training and learn about your body you will get a feel for what exercises are working for you and what are not and how to make adjustments when necessary.
It’s always wise to consult with your doctor concerning any injuries.
With your doctor’s clearance you can train again. Consulting with an experienced coach can be a great asset as well.

Q: I started the program and have been using it for a few weeks and I am loving it. However, I had to stop due to a previous commitment. How do I start again and at what stage?

Q: How do I determine how many calories a day I should be eating and the portion sizes?
A: So you have a thorough understanding of nutrition, how it effects your energy energy levels and the look of your body so you can attain your fitness goals it’s best to read the MP45 nutrition guide before beginning the program. What is most important is the types of foods that you eat. Overeating on the right types of foods have significantly less of an impact than selecting the wrong foods.
The rule to stick to is never go hungry and never eat until you’re full.
Reading the MP45 nutrition guide will provide you with a step by step guide to foods and how to use them as a powerful resource for creating an incredible body and optimum health.
Learning about our bodies and how they react to food and training so we reach our personal best requires paying attention to the feedback we receive from our bodies.

Q: In the MP45 Program, I see that there are prescribed times for the training? Is this very important to follow?
A: The prescribed times are more like recommendations. You will see better results by switching up your cardio workout from your training workout since different energy systems are at play. However, if you must combine them for the sake of time, then perform the cardiovascular training immediately following the weight resistance workout, when glycogen levels are somewhat depleted. You can really exercise at any time you want; the important thing to remember is to get the workout in at some point. Switch the workout times to fit according to your schedule and fit your meals accordingly as well. The principles of eating every few hours should remain the same. You do not need to follow program perfectly to see great results.

Q: I need clarification on the wording in the program when it comes to strip sets… ‘increase your weight by 20% … ‘ my interpretation of strip sets would be to decrease the weight with each successive set?
A: To better understand a strip set it would look something like this: 12 reps x 4.
To do this effectively, you will perform 12 reps at an appropriate weight that brings you to failure at that rep range. Once you hit failure, you are going to continue to go on without rest. The idea is to keep going to failure multiple times (in this case 4 total times). So you will drop the weight at about 20%, which should bring you to failure at around 12 reps again. Once at failure, you will continue to drop the weight and perform another 12 reps. Finally, your last set will include reps 37-48.
If you are having issues following the program, we also have an upgrade where you can experience the ultimate level of service.

Q: I have been very busy with other activities that are keeping me from the gym. I want to start this program over here in a few weeks when I can really dedicate my time to it. What do I need to do to start from the beginning again?
A: It all starts with making a decision. You’re probably waiting for the perfect opportunity to start (i.e. – getting your last bit of fun in, you’re waiting for work to slow down, etc.). In all likelihood, things are going to keep popping up in your life one at a time. It’s important to be deliberate and strategic, but only to a certain point. At some juncture, you will have to jump into the pool. I recommend taking some action today. You don’t necessarily have to start Day 1 of the program today, but I would get some ducks in a row first. Perhaps you can go grocery shopping and buy some healthy foods. At that point, you’ll gain some momentum. I would also watch some YouTube videos of guys or gals who have the physique you admire. They probably work out pretty intense, and that should either do one of two things – motivate you or scare you. If it does the first, you’re set. If it does the latter, then find some other people who have great bodies who don’t have such a hardcore lifestyle. You’ll recognize that it’s not as hard as you’re probably making out to be to get in great shape!
The MP45 Video Library is perfect for those who like visual guides instead of reading over the material. We show you on video the exact workouts to do and how to do them, each and every day of the program.
Tony Robbins said famously, “complexity is the enemy of execution”. We tried making this really simple, so your brain doesn’t have to struggle with the concept of understanding every little detail.
